At a meeting of the Australian Frozen Meat Company, held here to-day, it was annouo'eed that no dividend would be paid for the past half-year, and that unless stock owners offered better support to the company it would be necessary to suspend operations

The Government are abont to issue a new loan in London. The amount is fixed at £2,030,000, but in the event of the money market being considered favorable this will be increased t0.£3,000,000.
