Sydney, Yesterday. The Congregational Jubilee has been brought to a conclusion, and the visiting delegates are now leaving the city for their respective homes. It is announced that,Mr Wright, Post-master-General, has accepted the port* folio of Minister for Public Works, which has been vacant since the resignation of Mr Copeland, and has resigned his position hitherto held in the Cabinet. No appointment has been made re the Post-master-Generalship. Melbourne, Yesterday. News has been received here that Mr Thomas Archer, the Agent-General for Queensland in London, has left England on a voyage to Australia.
