The following additional entries and acceptances were received to day. For the Wanganui Steeplechase: Rata and Dio medes.—Maiden Steeplechase: Diomedes. —Grand Stand Steeplechase: Diomedes.
This day. There is very little betting on the forthcoming Steeplechase Meeting; there are no straight-out wagers but on doubles. The betting is as follows:—Maiden — Reform with anything, 100 to 8 against. Lady Bab, Pastime, and Dhadeen 100 to 8 against. Dan and Woodpecker 100 to 7. Rowena and Calamity 100 to 6. Parnell, Rata, Diomedes 100 to 5.
