Patrick Ryan the fraudulent bankrupt who was found guilty at the March Sessions of the District Court, and whose sentence was deferred consequent on an appeal to the Supreme Court, surrendered to his bail at the District Court to-day. Judge Ward commented severely on the wholesale frauds of which prisoner had been guilty, and sentenced him to 8 months imprisonment with hard labor from March last, which is equal to six months.
