Harry Jackson, charged with shooting at J. Dean a year ago, has been committed for trial. Francis Gerald Bailey, charged with horse stealing, was discharged. Frederick King was committed for trial to-day for setting fire to his boarding house on April 23rd, with intent to defraud the Scottish Imperial Insurance Association, in which office his furniture was m> stired for £10J. His wife, Anne Georgina King, was also accused, but discharged.
