Beuter's Teleobams. [Received April 19, 2 p.m.] London, April 18 (evening). Another Phoenix Park Miscreant Sentenced to Death. Daniel Curley, the second of the prisoners charged with the Phoenix Park murders, has been found guilty and sentenced to death. x Attempt to Blow up Salisbury Cathedral. A box containing explosives has been found outside the Salisbury Cathedral, and the intended outrage on that edifice has thus been averted. The discovery 'caused some alarm in the city. New Yobk, April 18. At a meeting of Irish delegates, which has been held at Philadelphia, it has been decided to adhere to the intention of holding a convention in that city on the 25th inst. Parnell who was present advised that the Convention should be postponed until Autumn. The leading delegates at the meeting expressed themselves as opposed to the use of dynamite yet in obtaining a redress of Irish grievances.
[Received April 19fch, 12.30. p.m.[ Madbas, Apri 18. Groat Loss of Life. Intelligence of a remarkable catastrophe is to hand from Secunderbad, a town in Hydrabad. A large number of the natives were worshipping on rafts in a extensive tank in the city, when one of the structures suddenly upset; all the natives who were on it were precipitated into the water and sixty two of them were drowned before assistance could reach them.
London, April 17. The Leaguers are becoming alarmed at the hostility shown by the American Press, and are moderating their threats of using dynamite. Egan, the Treasurer of the Irish League, intends to reside permanently in America. London, April 18. Intelligence of a disquieting nature has been received from the West African Coast, and it is expected that a conflict will ensue between Stanley's exploring expedition and the French party under De Brazza, in the Congo country. Lisbon, April 17 Three Portuguese men-of-war have been orderedjto St. Paul de Loanga, the capital of the Portuguese colony of Angola on the West African Coast.

London April 16. The reported action of the Queensland Government in taking possession of New Guinea has' caused great annoyance to a large and influential party in theHousaof Commons, and strong pressure is being brought to bear upon the Government to induce it to repudiate the action of Governor Sir Arthur Kennedy. The Times admires the decision of the Queensland Government in annexing Wew Guinea, though it is certain to provoke considerable discussion in the House of Commons. The Press generally disapprove of the annexation. April 17 The Standard says that England has annexed a large ttacfc of couutry in the vicinity of Liberia.
