London, April 12. A sword and the freedom of the city of London have been presented to Lord Alcaster (Admiial Seymour), and the freedom of the city and a gold cisket to Lord Wolseley, who, in speaking at the banquet, advised the cultivation of a close union between the Army and the Militia and Volunteer Forces.
