cessful Floating:.
An official telegram from London dated (jth March announces that the total tenders for the Victorian loan (£3,400,000) amounted to £8,900,000. Tenders at 100| and upwards will receive in full: tenders at two shillings premium will receive two per cent, of allotment. Tenders,averaged three shillings and sixpence # premium. Two tenders alone were for a million each. There were in all 510 tenders. Government were obliged to give a pledge that the limit of the July loan should be two millions.
It is expected that Mr Service will to* day complete the formation of the new Ministry- It is expected to include Messrs Berry, Xerferd, Gillies, Tucker, Lang* ridtfe, Detttnu, and Andcrsou.

Sir Bryan O'Loghlcn to day tendered to the Governor the resignation of him «elf and his colleagues. His Hecellency has since charged Mr Service with the formation of a new Ministry. In the Legislative Assemby to-day Mr Cooper was appointed Chairman of Committees.
Adelaide, Yesterday,
The entbronisation of Dr. Kenyon took place to-day at the Anglican Cathedral, .and. was. performed ..with, great ceremony.
