THIS DAY. (Before H. Eenriok, Esq., K.AL) DBITNK. Two cases of inebriety were fined 5s and costs, or imprisonment until the rising of the Court. THEEATENING- LANGUAGE. Peter Norbury was charged with using threatening language to his wife, Mary Norbury, and was bound over to-keapithe peace for 12 months, himself in £50 and to; find two sureties of £25 each, or in default two months' imprisonment. -"-—--- pboHIBITION 6BDE"B:~' wr* v * A prohibition'order was granted against the last defendant, warning all-persons in the. district against supplyin^hjm.with liquor for 12 months!
