At the declaration of the poll for the Harbor Board election, made to-day, the following members were returned :—J. A. Bonar, J. C. Malfroy, Thos. Cooke, W. M. Kennedy, and D. W. Virtue. Twelve candidates went to the poll, and the con* test was keen. ' .
