ARATAPU.
Yesterday;
A narrow escape from drowning occurred at eleven o'clock to a young man, son of Mr G. Vause. He fell off the wharf into deep water, and was gallantly saved- by Mr. John Sheffield, who swam to his assistance with all his clothes on, and rescued him.
