Thisday.
Arrived: Hauroto, from Melbourne. She left at 7 p.m. on the Ist, cleared Fort Phillip Beads at 11 ; bad strong; easterly winds, with high tides, till the sth, when a strong southerly gale set in, which lasted till she entered Foveaux Straits, on tho 6th; had light winds along the Goast, and reached the Heads at midnight.
The Dunedin Tramway Company has been floated.
