Melbourne, This day. At an Executive Council meeting held yesterday the following gentlemen were appointed members of a Board to inquire into the-causes of the Hawthorn railway accident.' Messrs Worthington, Dodgshun, Bright, Collier, and Ross. The Council meeting was presided,over by Sir Bryan O'Lpghleri, the Premier. The Governor was, absent owing to the illness of the Marchioness of Normanby.
