James Kay was sentenced to three years for burglary. Henry Gibbs, for burglary at Aratapu, was found guilty and sentenced to twelve months' hard labor. Crowley's case for murder will be heard to-morrow. In the case of the six sailors and firemen of the steamer Wellington,* convicted for robbery of jewellery on the steamer, Dean was acquitted, Healey sentenced to 5 years' imprisonment, Sutherland and Roderiquez each to 4 years, Erikson to 2 years, and Stewart to 1 year. * ■
