The directors of the Fisher\Oompahy (Limited) have instructed their managing director to procure through the Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. an ice machine, capable of making 20 tons of ice a day.
The late Judge Fenton appeared yesterday as counsel before the Court novr sitting at Cambridge to ask for the post" ponementof certain cases in which the N^a tiwhakaue hapu, of the Arawa tribe, are concerned. Fenton spoke of his application having bearings on the completion of the Rotorua township scheme, so that he is apparently acting for the Government and not yet, at least, for an English Company. : . :
