In the Bankruptcy Court Richard Thomas Waters, a publican, hadfhis cer : tificate suspended for three months, for making a marriage, settlement of some property, when he was not in so even circumstances. '
At the Peninsula nomination Dr Moran*, Messrs Donnelly,. Larnach, and Wells, were proposed. T^he, show of hands was largely in favor of Dr Moran.
