Coromandel Mining.
The manager of the Tokatea; gold mine, under date January 10th, reports that the different parts of the mine were not fully manned until the beginning of the week. Had one breaking down from No. 2 leader in main level showing gold in the stone. The rise is still with a promising body |of stone in hand. Have commenced sinking the winze. Good crushing stuff is comijag from the winze now being sunk at the intermediate level to meet the'risb frbrnxTo. 7 level, and quarfz of abbut f the"satne gfade is being obtainedVfrqm the s|opeis.
