It is stated to be probable that Sir John Henry- Lefroy will succeed Sir W. Robinson as Governor of Western Australia. MjsfcBOTTBNE, Tuesday. Attempting the Impossible. Mr Beaney (sic) has instituted an action at law against the proprietors of the Argus for having published an article commenting unfavorably upon his public career in connection, with election proceedings. The damages are laid at £10,000.
