Sydney, November 21. The Austral Officers Censured. The inquest on. the bodies recovered from the Austral was coucluded to-day. The verdict of the jury stated that the captain, mate, chief engineer, and carpenter bad committed a grave error in judgment in failing to take proper precautions for tbe safety of the vessel. The Australian Cricketers. The Australian cricketers were accorded a banquet to-night in honor of their return from England. A large number of citizens were present, and much enthusiasm prevailed. The Northampton Master's Certificate Suspended.. I The Marine Board of Inquiry, which on the 14th iDsr. found that the captain of the immigrant ship Northampton was to blame for the grounding of his vessel on a reef at Port Hacking, but deferred dealing with his certificates for a week, gave their decision yesterday, arid directed that the captain's certificate should be suspended for a period of nine months.
