The highest team takes the Carbine Cup and £40, second £20, 3rd £10, 4th £4. This afternoon has been proclaimed a | Jjoliday. | On the occasion of deciding the chain.', pionship Sergt. Mooseman of Wanganui was omitted, and Webster should therefore be struck out. A very cold southerly wind .is blowing across the range accompanied by occasional showers of rain, however not sufficient to stop the shooting. Some delay was caused through the competitors not turning'up at the appointed time.
