The City of Bombay comes into port with the loss of part of-her: bulwarks, having experienced a succession of heavy gales, while running down the Easting off the coast of Tasmania. During a terrific gale «sbe had her main rigging carried away. At the City Court Inspector Weldon intimated he would not .proceed with the. charge of attempted suicide preferred against Jane Gray. On account of her low nervous state she has been permitted to go to her home.
