[Eeuteb's Special.] Alexandria, Sept. 21. Damietta Holds Out. The rebel garrison at Damietta have finally refused to surrender, and show no sign of yielding. It is expected that an attack by British troops and gunboats will be made forthwith.
Arrests of nationalists. Further arrests of members of the National party and Arabi's partizans are daily being made. Large numbers of prominent persons have been made prisoners. Constantinople, September 21. Plottingl in Turkey. It has been discovered that a plot has recently been formed among the adherents to the Albanian League to attack and massacre the Christians in Scutari,, a" town in the south of Albania. The conspiracy was detected, aDd a number of arrests have been made. London, September 20. Preparing for Coronation. The railway approaches to Moscow are now guarded by 30,C33 troops. All telegraphic and railway communication with Moscow has been entirely suspended. The date fixed for'the Czar's coronation is kept absolutely secret.
