At the Thames Gas Company's meeting a net credit balance of £1615 was shown, from which a dividend was ordered to be paid, at the rate of Is 6d per share. This with the interim dividend is equal to eight per cent per annum; total receipts, £3689. Mr Joseph Wilson was re-elected director.
