This result must be gratifying to you, as it proves that at the Hot Springs Hotel a higher ratio of profit attends increased business. In the Statement of Expenditure, £276 6s 5d has been charged by your Manager to Improvements, namely, new stable, tanks, reservoir, fencing the new plantation, vapour bath, ornamental vases, etc. Betides this, he informs me that you hare bad-' planted during the year a large number of orange, lemon, fruit, and other trees, the coat of which did not come before me.
