Supreme Court Sessions.

James Edwards, for breaking and entering tbe house of David Archibald jit the Whau, was sentenced to three years' imprisonment. True bills were ■ found against Fakara and Epiha, for shooting with intent; also against Manuel Eoderique, for Sodomy; ard Henry Howard Lewis, for forging and uttering tv o counts. No bills were found in these ca?es: D-vid Jo'iuston, two couuls for horse stealing, and Heary Lswis, one count, for forging an endorsement. ■■
To day, true bills were found against John Edwards for housebreaking, and Joseph Flail for stealing from a dwelling. Hetaraka was found not guilty of breaking and entering a store at Whangarei, and of uttering a forged cheque. It appeared the prisoner found the cheque, and uttored it, not knowing it was forged. Fred. Fairburn, charged with being illegally on the premises, and against whom "no bill" was found, was dia« chsrged.
