Mr Driver intimates to the press that having severed his connection with the Agricultoral Co., he is now free to attend to bis duties, and he leaves for Wellington on Wednesday. He deni~s any intention of resigning in Vogel's favor.
In bankruptcy this morning in an unopposed case for discharge, it transpired the debtor's solicitor had omitted to file an affidavit of posting of notices, and in consequence the proceeding have to be commenced de novo.
