Distribution of Prizes.
The distribution of prizes won by the scholars attending the Thames High School, took place in the School Building, Baillie street. The prizes were delivered to the successful pupils by the Mayoress, who addressed a few encouraging remarks to each recipient. There is no doubt that this school is daily adding to its already well merited reputation for excellence of teaching, and we have no doubt that when next the prizes are presented to the scholars, the roll will be substantially augmented. ..
