The Standard slates that the attention of Parliament next session will be devoted to the amendment of the laws relating to the government of the counties and the expediency of altering the, laws and practice of Parliament, in regard to obstruction. Dynamite Explosion. A quantity of dynamite on board the steamer Glasgow at Bristol exploded. Nine persons were killed, and great injury was done to the ship. Sara Bernhardt, the actress, is ill. .
