Falgar has been appointed Secretary to the Treasury in succession to Wiudom. ■ The police have seized in Bradford, Yorkshire, fifty revolvers, which are believed to have been secreted by Fenians, together with a quantity cartridges. They have also discovered a list of members to the Fenian organisation. In connection with the discovery at Bradford, a Fenian named Tobin has peen arrested at Middlesboro', Yorkshire.
