[Reuters Special.] London, November 11. It is announced that the Right Hon. Hugh Law, the Liberal M.F. for Londonderry County, has been appointed Lord Chancellor of Ireland, vice -Lord O'Hagan. Sir Samuel Wilson, the well known Victorian squatter, has intimated bis intention of contesting in the Conservative interest the seat for Londonderry, rendered vacant by the appointment of Mr Law.
