AUCKLAND.
This day
Juvenile prostitution is becoming fearfully common here, cases frequently coming before the Magistrate's Court. This morning Stephenson, the keeper of a bad house, was sentenced to six months' imprisonment for entrappiug a girl 12 years old.
The case against the five natives for. breaking and entering a store at Awitu is now proceeding.
The candidates for the representation of Auckland seem to be holding back, Board man is mentioned for City North.
