The County Council and the Natives.

They have deliberately shot the settlors' cattle, and their last exploit was to cut adrift the punt usti as a ferry between the Wailoki block, owned by Europeans, and the Borough endowment, and retain it in their possession. It would be extremely desirable it these native Arabs were made to' understand they could not break the law with impunity in the midst of 10,000 European inhabitants, and I respectfully submit *the case to the Government.
