WARDEN'S COURT.

THIS DAY.

(Before H. Kenrick, Esq., Warden.) BCANLAN V. HOLLIS.

This case was called on for judgment, which was reserved on Saturday. The Warden said in considering the evidence, it seemed plain to him that Scanlan had accepted tlie three shares in the amalgamated claim in lieu of the five shares in the smaller claim of 14 men's ground; aud even supposing that was not the case he found, on reckoning it up, he was only entitled at most to one share more in the amalgamated claim. He would, therefore, dismiss the case, each party to pay their own costs. Court adjourned.
