An outbreak of oholera at this place is raginjj with increased severity, and numerous deaths have occurred. Every precaution ia being taken to lessen the spread of the epidemic.
Constantinople September 20.
A difficulty has arisen in the negotiations which are proceeding here between the representatives of the foreign creditors of the Porte. The Russian delegates claim that the amount of Turkish war indemnity still owing should be included in the debts to which the scheme for payment of interest is to be applied. This olaioi is generally opposed by the other foreign delegates, and the settlement of the negotiations is consequently delayed.

Owing to the apprehensions that an attempt may be made to lynch Guiteau, his guard at the gaol has been doubled.
