The second readings of the Liberty of Press Extension Bill, and the Newspapers Bill were called on last night almost immediately upon the reassembling of the House, but in consequence of the temporary absence of the introducers of the Bills they were not proceeded with, it being agreed that they should be called on on a future occasion.
