NEW PLYMOUTH
This day
The natives went down from Parihaka on Saturday,- and trespassed upon the land recently purchased at Nga Mumikumu by Mr Burgess. They entered the stockyard which was newly built, and pulled it down, and after prowling about some time, they decamped. It is expected the constabulary will take some action in the matter. The steamer Tui on entering Waitara river went on the North spit where she now lies.
