County Election.

The election for the vacant seat in the County Council, resulted yesterday in the return of G. W. Bull by a majority ;of 20 votes. This was not a surprise to the supporters of Mr Bull, who reckoned on a large majority, for his committee had very carefully canvassed the ratepayers, and exacted pledges in favor of their candidate.
