The Stella left yesterday for New Plymouth, carrying several members of the House, and it is believed that the object of the visit is to ascertaiu the nature of the harbor works.
The pluns of the proposed electorates for the redistribution of seats according to yesterday's schedules to bill, which will describe the boundaries of electorates, will not be published until next week.
