A meeting of the Bacing Club was held last evening at which an attractive programme was adopted for the Spring Meeting, which is to be held on the Hutt Park Eacecourse on Nov. 30. The principle events are a Handicap of 150 soys., a Handicap of 65 soys., a Handicap Hurdle race of 60 soys., and other minor events. After a long and animated discussion, it was unanimously resolved to uphold the decision oi the Victorian Bacing Club as to the disqualification of Bay's horse Mata, and his rider B. Kay. A committee was appointed for the purpose of revising the rules of the Club.
