At a meetiug of the Auckland Timber Company, held today the balance sheet showed a nett profit of £20,261 4s Id ; and a dividend of 10 per cent was declaredi leaving a balance to carry forward of £14,221 4s Id. Arrived : Ashmore, ship, from London, 93 days from port to port, with forty-six passengers. Her raizzen sails were carried away three weeks ago. ;
