A blue book has been published containing the despatches which hare receully passed between the British, French, and Turkish Governments on the subject of the North. African affairs, and more especially in regard to Tripoli. In one of his despatches, Earl Granville, the present Foreign Secretary, states that England will oppose any interference by France in the affairs of Tripoli, and His Lordbhip further advises the Porte to act with prudence in its policy towards France in regard to that province. In a communication by the French Government, Barthelemy St. Helaire makes reassuring statements disavowing any designs on the part of France in regard to Tripoli. Calcutta, July 28. Telegrams are to hand from Afghanistan announcing that Ayoub Khan's army is crossing the river Helmund some distance below Girishk, and has commenced its march on Candahar. Capetown, July 28. There is news to hand from Pretoria that the trial of several Boers, arrested lor murder of Mr Malcolm during th» war, has resulted in their acquittal. The jury was composed of Boers.
