GISBORNE.
This day. A fatal accident occurred last night to Charles Colley, Deceased who was a carter was driving out of the town when the horses bolted and the driver fell off the shafts and was run over ; death is supposed to have been instantaneous. Deceased was a sober, industrious man, and leaves a wife and large family.
