Judgments fob Plaintiff, theodore wood v. wibemct tje huia. Claim, £5 3s 6d, goods supplied. This case, which was adjourned yesterday, came on again this morning. Defendant admitted part of the debt, but said the last two or three items had been obtained by a woman with whom he had been living, but who had now left him. His Worship said it was evident the goods had been supplied to the woman before her credit was stopped by defendant, and gave judgment for plaintiff for the amount disputed and costs, £1 13s. Court adjourned.
