THIS DAY. (Before H. Kenriok, Esq., K.M.) H. E. CAMPBELL V. S. TIMMINS. This was an information laid by !£ E. Campbell against Sarah Timmius for usingaggravating and insulting language. Plaintiff" said, f.r years defendant had annoyed him by persistently calling at him when passing her.« . Mr J3rassey, who appeared for the defendant, pleaded nut guilty, and said the language was not used towards Mr Campbell. His Worship said the case had been already prored, and the defendant hud been cautioned before ; so in the present case he would bind her over to keep the peace for six months, in her own recognisances, in the sura of £20.
