The penalty for disobedience of any order of the Board is £50, to be recovered in a summary way, or by imprisonment not exceeding six motoths with or without Lard labor. This wilj apply to any person opening a school (eitlier Sunday or day) after receiving a notice from the Board, or in fact refusing to comply with the instructions or com. mands of any officer of the local Board. We publish this for public information.
