At a meeting of the shareholders in the Titanic Iron Sand Company, held last night, it was resolved to sell the Taranaki freehold of 5000 acres for £3000, and to wind up the company.
A pmate company is started in Dune* din for the manufacture of Portland Cement.
Keith, clerk at Mollison Bros., wharf, carters, has been committed for trial for embezzlement.
