Intelligence has been received from Bulgaria that the Liberal leaders of the National Assembly, who were arrested on a charge of attacking Prince Alexander and insulting the Government, have been released in consequence of the public agitation against their arrest. The action of Prince Alexander is generally cod. demned.
London, June 22.
Telegrams are to hand from Tunis announcing that a warrant having been issued on a charge of peculation against the Bey's steward, he has taken refuge in the British Consulate. It is not stated, however, whether he has received the protection he seeks.'
It has transpired that Parnell will shortly pay another visit to the United S'atcs.
