WARDEN'S COURT.—This Day.
(Before H. Kcnrick, Esq., Warden.) J. CLABKEN V. B. LEE. This was an application for the forfeiture of the Canadian Claim, Waitete. After hearing the evidence His Worship declared the claim forfeited, and ordered darken to be placed in possession. A. MACKAY V. A. VNTHAVK. This was an application for the forfeiture of the Morepork Claim, Waitete; but there being no appearance of either complainant or defendant, the case was adjourned to June 21st. Court adjourned.
