(Before H. Kenrick, Esq., Warden.) J. TOOHEB & ANOTHER V. J. MOB BOW &

ANOTHEB.

The parties in this action were copartners in the Belgium United claim, and being unable to agree, wished the Warden' to divide the ground, After hearing the evidence. His Worship adjudged the partnership to be dissolved the shares of defendants to be transferred to complainants, on payment by the latter of £2 10s to each of defendants. The profession costs, £1 Is, to be paid by defendants.

This was all the business.
