I A Submarine Sruptioa. <At ten o'clock yesterday morning Hedley, Gorernment, surveyor, observed from tbe steamer Glanelg.a remarkable eruption between the Slipper and Mayor Islands, situated at tbe northern end of the Bay of Plenty.
